Established in 1995, AtoZ Business Consultancy uses the expertise of established academics, researchers and its associate base of academics and practitioners. Its main area of work is to analyse organisational understanding, issues and problems, successes and best practice associated with service improvement activities using Lean methodologies. This information is collected directly from front line and managerial staff and is processed and presented to senior executives, in order for them to make informed decisions, promote successes, disseminate information and address issues.

We have a range of expertise across manufacturing and the service sector, with a particular focus on service improvement activities the public sector. This includes Central and Local Government, the Emergency Services, NHS Trusts and Higher Education.
